BizBloqs Management Solutions BV processes your personal data by using our services and/or because you provide it to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about customers who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16. How long we keep personal data

BizBloqs Management Solutions BV stores your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

The data shall be retained as long as the service contract is in force and thereafter the legal retention period for the accounting.

Enquiries submitted through the forms on this website (name, email address, phone number, company and your message) are retained for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact moment, unless the enquiry leads to a customer relationship, in which case the retention periods above apply. To protect our forms against automated abuse we store a one-way, anonymised technical fingerprint (a cryptographic hash of your IP address and browser user agent) for a maximum of 24 hours. This fingerprint cannot be traced back to you and is never used for marketing or profiling.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

BizBloqs Management Solutions BV will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. BizBloqs Management Solutions BV remains responsible for these processings.

• Zoho Corporation B.V. — CRM, appointment booking, live chat (SalesIQ), marketing automation and website analytics (PageSense). Enquiries submitted through our forms are forwarded to Zoho CRM so that we can follow up on them. Zoho processes data for our European customers in EU data centres.
• Google Ireland Limited — website analytics and advertising measurement, only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company — advertising measurement, only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
• Our hosting and database provider — storage of the enquiries submitted through this website, on servers within the European Union.
