Scanned picking with barcode verification

Every pick is verified by barcode against the order line. Wrong-item shipments — the most expensive mistake in wholesale, because it costs twice in freight and once in trust — largely disappear.

Receiving and put-away against the purchase order

Goods are received against the open purchase order with quantity and batch checked at the dock, and the receipt is confirmed back into Klipboard so purchasing can see it immediately.

Back-orders resolved on real availability

Because BizBloqs holds the real position per location including reservations, back-orders are released on availability that actually exists instead of on a figure that has not been corrected yet.

Continuous counting instead of a yearly shutdown

Cycle counting runs alongside normal work, with reason codes on every correction. The year-end count stops being a weekend where nothing ships.

Klipboard Wholesale is a trade and distribution ERP, so the sales and purchase side is already strong; what it does not do is run the physical floor. BizBloqs connects through Klipboard's supported integration interface, agreed per customer with their team, and takes over receiving, put-away, picking, packing and counting.

The message set below is the baseline we work from. Everything moves as structured messages with a queue behind it, so a failed message is visible and replayable rather than a silent gap in your stock.

1. Discovery

The message set is standard — it is the same ERP baseline we run everywhere. What is agreed per customer is how those messages travel and which optional objects are in scope, because that depends on the modules you have live.

Do we keep entering orders in Klipboard?

Yes. Klipboard stays your system of record for customers, pricing, purchasing and invoicing. BizBloqs takes over the warehouse execution and reports back what actually happened.

Is stock in Klipboard Wholesale updated in real time?

Stock in the ERP is updated on every confirmed warehouse action — receipt, delivery, count, correction. The operational truth lives in the WMS, where stock is tracked per location, batch and serial; Klipboard Wholesale holds the financial and administrative position.

Which system is leading for item master data?

Klipboard Wholesale. Items, barcodes, units and weights are created and maintained in the ERP and downloaded into BizBloqs. Warehouse-specific attributes, such as pick location or storage class, are maintained in BizBloqs.

What happens if the connection drops?

Messages are queued and replayed. Warehouse work continues in BizBloqs during an ERP or network outage; the queue drains once the connection is restored, and failed messages stay visible instead of disappearing silently.

Can we change the standard message set?

Yes. The table above is our standard integration. Extra messages, different field mappings or customer-specific rules are handled through workflows in BizBloqs — we tell you upfront what is standard and what is custom work.
