Every logistics operation is at a different stage. Some need to get off paper and spreadsheets this quarter. Some are already running multi-channel and multi-warehouse and need orchestration. Some need governance, integration depth and audit trails across entities and borders. BizBloqs covers all three from a single configurable warehouse platform.
SME
Get off paper. Get in control.
Small and medium businesses running one warehouse, a growing order volume and a team that is doing too much by hand.
Real-time stock accuracy instead of period-end guesswork
Picking errors drop because the system directs every movement
New warehouse staff become productive in days, not weeks
Paper picking lists and manual re-keying disappear
One warehouse and one main channel points to SME. Several channels or warehouses points to SME+. Multiple sites with governance and deep integration requirements point to Enterprise. The comparison table on this page sets out the differences per dimension.
Can we start at SME and move up later?
Yes. The levels are delivery routes on the same platform, so moving from SME to SME+ or Enterprise adds scope and modules rather than replacing the system you already run.
Are the levels cumulative?
Yes. SME+ contains everything in SME, and Enterprise contains everything in SME+. Each level page lists only what it adds on top of the level below it.
Does BizBloqs publish prices per level?
No. Pricing depends on sites, users, integration depth and selected modules, so it is quoted per operation after scoping rather than published as a list price.
The problems owners and finance bring us
The problem
How BizBloqs solves it
We cannot quantify the saving, so the project keeps losing to something with an obvious payback.
Costs you today: another year of the current cost base, plus the internal time spent rebuilding the same inconclusive business case.
Finance
A business case built on your own numbers
Labour per order, error cost, stock capital, write-off and SLA exposure — modelled on your volumes rather than vendor averages, with the ROI calculator to test the assumptions.
Worth once fixed: a defensible payback period the board can approve or reject on evidence.
Volume growth means proportional hiring, and new staff take weeks before they are productive.
Costs you today: every volume step adds payroll, and weeks of paid onboarding before a new starter earns it back.
WMS
Throughput per person instead of headcount
Guided, scan-confirmed work raises output per picker and cuts onboarding to hours, so growth stops translating one-for-one into payroll.
Worth once fixed: more lines per picker hour and onboarding in hours, so growth stops tracking payroll one-for-one.
Accuracy problems force a safety buffer we finance all year, and expired or obsolete stock is written off quietly.
Costs you today: working capital parked in buffer stock for twelve months, plus write-off that never reaches a decision.
Finance
Less capital tied up, less written off
Reliable stock figures let you hold less buffer for the same service level, and FEFO picking moves shortest-dated stock first so write-off drops as a side effect of normal work.
Worth once fixed: a smaller buffer at the same availability, and less stock written off at year end.
Marketplace and carrier SLAs bring penalties, suppressed listings and lost repeat orders.
Costs you today: penalty charges, suppressed listings during your best weeks, and the repeat orders that never come back.
OMS
Revenue protected at the cut-off
Cut-off driven prioritisation, correct label formats per carrier and confirmed dispatch keep the channel commitments that your commercial contracts are written against.
Worth once fixed: channel commitments met, penalties avoided and listing visibility kept through peak.
A tier-one suite quotes a multi-year programme and enterprise pricing we cannot justify at our scale.
Costs you today: a licence and programme cost sized for a business several times yours, or a decision postponed again.
Finance
Enterprise capability at the right scale
Configured rather than custom-built, priced per user and per site rather than per transaction, so a peak month does not reprice the platform and payback lands inside the year.
Worth once fixed: predictable cost per user and per site, and a peak month that does not reprice the platform.
Only one person really knows how the operation runs. Their holiday is a risk on the board's register.
Costs you today: an unpriced continuity risk, and disruption every time that person is unavailable.
WMS
Process knowledge held by the company
The way you work is configured in the system as guided steps rather than carried in someone's head, which turns a continuity risk into a documented, transferable process.
Worth once fixed: the process stays with the company, so absence and turnover stop being operational events.
The upside
What that is worth once it is fixed
The problems above have a price tag today. These are the four levers that move when the process is scan-confirmed and orchestrated instead of manual — the same levers the ROI calculator asks you to fill in with your own numbers.
Labour per order
Guided routing, combined tasks and scan confirmation remove searching, walking and rework from the picking day.
More lines per picker hour, and onboarding measured in hours instead of weeks.
Cost of errors
The wrong item is caught at the moment of picking rather than by the customer, so credit notes, re-ships and service handling fall away.
Fewer mispicks per 1,000 lines, and the return shipment they would have caused.
Capital tied up in stock
A stock figure you can trust lets you hold a smaller safety buffer at the same service level, and FEFO issues shortest-dated stock first.
Lower buffer for the same availability, and less quiet write-off at year end.
SLA and channel exposure
Cut-off driven prioritisation, correct carrier labels and confirmed dispatch keep the commitments your contracts are written against.
Fewer penalties and suppressed listings, and the repeat orders they cost you.
We do not publish average savings percentages. These are the drivers; the size of each one depends on your volumes, order profile and current error rate.
Put your own numbers against these levers
The ROI calculator models labour, error cost, stock capital and implementation on your volumes, and shows the payback period that follows from them.
What owners, finance and commercial leads ask us about payback, scaling, risk and vendor lock-in.
Commercial and organisational problems
Build it from your own numbers, not a vendor's averages. The defensible lines are labour hours per order, the cost of mispicks and returns handling, stock capital tied up in safety buffer, write-off from expiry or obsolescence, and revenue lost to SLA penalties. Model those on your volumes and the payback period speaks for itself.
Hear directly from our customers
Why take our word for it? We let our customers convince you instead. BizBloqs customers are happy with their solutions and don’t hesitate to share their positive experiences. Our ability to turn any challenge into an efficient solution never fails to impress!
Caressi
BizBloqs was one of the first to provide a WMS with scanning capabilities and we started a journey together. Our operations have gotten a lot more complex, advanced and especially bigger over the past 5 years and we have simply grown together.
Nick Bisselink, Financial/Operational Director
Lantaarn
When we had extensive logistic requirements beyond the capabilities of our financial solution, BizBloqs shared its expertise to transform Lantaarn’s entire warehouse experience together
Lantaarn Publishers
Fairplant
We needed a better, more transparent and practical system for our incoming and outgoing product flow. A direct overview in our stock and all our logistics movements was really a must. BizBloqs helped us from the start!
Rik Klein - Sales manager
Neeltje Jans
In addition to a scan procedure with EDI integration, BizBloqs has set up an entire production system for us. Production planning can provide direct instructions and as soon as they are ready, it all arrives in the OMS. This gives us a larger production capacity and a drastic reduction of the picking mistakes in dispatching.
