Sales orders entered in Exact appear in BizBloqs within seconds and, once the goods leave the dock, the delivery confirmation flows straight back so Exact can invoice the same day instead of at the end of the week.

Paper pick lists disappear. Operators pick on a handheld with barcode verification, batch, wave or zone picking, and every scan is written back against the original Exact order line.

Because BizBloqs knows real stock, open purchase orders and allocated quantities, replenishment signals reach Exact before a location runs empty rather than after a customer complains.

From PO to pick-pack-ship in a smooth flow

One flow covers the whole chain: the purchase order comes down from Exact, goods are received and put away in BizBloqs, and the receipt confirmation goes back up so the purchase invoice can be matched without manual checking.

Always have deep insights for stock at the fingertips

Stock levels, locations, batch and serial numbers are visible in real time in BizBloqs, while Exact keeps the financial stock position — the two are reconciled continuously instead of during a yearly count.

How the Exact Online integration works

BizBloqs is a certified Exact partner. Exact Online is a cloud product, so the connection is made directly over its public API — there is no middleware, no server and nothing to install in your own network. This page covers Exact Online only; if you run Exact Globe on your own server, the connection works differently and is described on the Exact Globe page.

Exact Online — direct cloud API

OAuth 2.0 authorisation + REST/OData, scoped per division

You authorise BizBloqs once from inside your own Exact Online environment. Exact returns an access and refresh token, and BizBloqs keeps that token alive from then on — nobody has to hand over a username or password. All traffic runs over the Exact REST/OData endpoints. Because Exact Online is organised in divisions, the connection is bound to a specific administration, and a customer with multiple divisions gets a connection per division.

The division code(s) that BizBloqs should synchronise

Rows marked optional depend on the modules in your Exact Online subscription. Production orders, assembly orders and their time registration require the manufacturing or assembly modules.

This is our standard integration. An empty field means that message is not exchanged in that direction by default. Integrations can be modified or extended customer-specific through workflows.

How we roll it out

1. Discovery
We walk through your Exact Online administration and agree which objects are in scope and which system is leading per object.
2. Authorisation
You authorise BizBloqs from inside Exact Online and we validate the division. Nothing is installed on your side.
3. Mapping
Item codes, units, warehouses, locations and reason codes are mapped. Deviations between the ERP and the physical warehouse surface here, not on go-live day.
4. Test round
We run a full cycle on a test division: purchase order in, receipt back, sales order in, delivery back, count and correction. Every message is checked in both systems.
5. Go-live
Cut over on the live division with monitored message queues. Failed messages are visible and can be replayed — nothing disappears silently.

Do we need a server for the Exact Online integration?

No. Exact Online is reached directly over its cloud API with OAuth 2.0. There is nothing to install on your side.

How is the connection authorised?

Once, from inside your own Exact Online environment. Exact issues an access and refresh token to BizBloqs, so no username or password is ever shared and you can revoke the app yourself at any time.

Is stock in Exact Online updated in real time?

Stock in the ERP is updated on every confirmed warehouse action — receipt, delivery, count, correction. The operational truth lives in the WMS, where stock is tracked per location and per carrier; Exact holds the financial and administrative position.

Which system is leading for item master data?

Exact Online. Items, barcodes, units and weights are created and maintained in Exact and downloaded into BizBloqs. Warehouse-specific attributes, such as pick location or storage class, are maintained in BizBloqs.

Can we connect more than one Exact Online division?

Yes. A connection is bound to a division, so a customer running several administrations gets a connection per division, all feeding the same warehouse operation.

What happens if the connection drops?

Messages are queued and replayed. Warehouse work continues in BizBloqs during an ERP outage; the queue drains once the connection is restored.

How long does an Exact Online implementation take?

The connection itself is a matter of days. The realistic timeline is set by mapping and testing, and by how clean your item master and location structure already are.

We run Exact Globe, not Exact Online — does this apply to us?

No. Globe is an on-premise product without a public cloud API and connects through Clickker. See the Exact Globe page for that route.
