A production plan is only a forecast until the components are physically in the right place at the right moment. Most manufacturers lose more hours to material search, miscounted sub-assemblies and last-minute substitutions than to machine downtime, and almost none of that loss shows up in the ERP.
BizBloqs treats the bill of material as an operational instruction rather than a costing record. When a production order is released, every component is reserved against it at location level, so a shortage is visible before the line starts instead of halfway through the shift.
Work in process is tracked as its own stock state. Semi-finished goods have a location, a quantity and a parent order, which means the value sitting on the shop floor is finally countable.
Receiving, quality inspection, staging, production consumption, back-flushing and finished goods put-away all run in the same system, on the same scanner, against the same item master. There is no export, no overnight sync and no second version of the truth.
Because every movement is logged against a user, a location and a timestamp, backward traceability from a finished pallet to the supplier batch is a query rather than an investigation.
