Uniconta can be deployed as a standard ERP system, but is designed as a modular, flexible solution that allows easy customization of fields, indexes and screen layouts. BizBloqs uses very much the same business principles, focusing on configuration rather than custom coding. It enables customers to benefit from the synergies offered by our partners’ solutions. The guiding principle has been to develop a strong foundation and then offer specific supplemental solutions through a strong network of partners and integrators.

BizBloqs and Uniconta are part of a unique, wide-ranging ecosystem, which allows companies to finetune their finished solution to their individual industries, specific job functions and create unique solutions that match their workflows and work processes. Both systems are Microsoft-based and configuration-driven, so the connection is a data agreement rather than a development project. Orders, receipts, stock corrections and shipping confirmations move between Uniconta and BizBloqs as they happen.

Orders and invoices go out effortlessly

Sales orders entered in Uniconta appear in BizBloqs within seconds and, once the goods leave the dock, the delivery confirmation flows straight back so Uniconta can invoice the same day.

Feature-Rich Integrated Picking Solutions

Paper pick lists disappear. Operators pick on a handheld with barcode verification, batch, wave or zone picking, and every scan is written back against the original Uniconta order line.

Replenish inventory at exactly the right time

Because BizBloqs knows real stock, open purchase orders and allocated quantities, replenishment signals reach Uniconta before a location runs empty rather than after a customer complains.

From PO to pick-pack-ship in a smooth flow

One flow covers the whole chain: the purchase order comes down from Uniconta, goods are received and put away in BizBloqs, and the receipt confirmation goes back up so the purchase invoice can be matched without manual checking.

Always have deep insights for stock at the fingertips

Stock levels, locations, batch and serial numbers are visible in real time in BizBloqs, while Uniconta keeps the financial stock position — reconciled continuously instead of during a yearly count.

How the Uniconta integration works

BizBloqs is listed as an add-on for Uniconta. Both products are Microsoft-based and configuration-driven, which makes this one of the shorter ERP implementations we do.

Uniconta — cloud API per company

Uniconta API with a dedicated API user, scoped per company

The connection is made with the Uniconta API using a dedicated API user, bound to a specific Uniconta company. Because Uniconta is cloud-native there is nothing to install and no middleware in between. Customers running several Uniconta companies get one connection per company.

What you need

An active Uniconta subscription with API access
A dedicated API user with rights on items, orders and inventory
The company (accounting) that BizBloqs should synchronise
Warehouse and location codes agreed between both systems

Uniconta supports the full logistic message set, including production and assembly when you use the manufacturing module.

Production orders, assembly orders and time registration require the Uniconta production module.

This is our standard integration. An empty field means that message is not exchanged in that direction by default. Integrations can be modified or extended customer-specific through workflows.

We agree the company in scope, the documents used and which system owns item master data.
2. Connection
The API user is created and BizBloqs validates read and write access on the company.
3. Mapping
Items, units, warehouses, locations and reason codes are mapped.
4. Test round
Full cycle test on a demo company: receipts, deliveries, returns, counts and corrections.
5. Go-live
Switch to the live company with monitored queues.
