Backorders and partial shipments are supported properly: what is available ships now, the rest stays visible as open.

Returns matched to the order

Returns are received against the original order line, with condition and reason recorded, so credits are based on facts.

One stock truth across channels

If you sell on more than one channel, they all read the same warehouse position instead of each holding their own optimistic number.

How the PrestaShop integration works

PrestaShop is common with European retailers running several shops and languages from one back office. BizBloqs connects to the webservice API and takes over stock and fulfilment for all of those shops at once.

PrestaShop — Webservice API

PrestaShop webservice (REST/XML) with a scoped webservice key

A webservice key with the right resource permissions gives BizBloqs access to orders, products, combinations and stock. Orders are collected per shop, availability is written back per combination, and order state changes to shipped when the parcel actually leaves — with carrier and tracking attached. Multistore setups map onto one warehouse operation, so the same stock serves every shop without a separate export per site.

What you need

PrestaShop 1.7 or newer with the webservice enabled over HTTPS
A webservice key with permissions on orders, products, combinations and stock
Unique references or EANs per combination
Agreement on which shops share the same physical stock

Which messages are exchanged

This is the standard message set between BizBloqs and PrestaShop. Empty fields mean that message is not exchanged in that direction by default; optional rows depend on your modules, licence and process.

This is our standard integration. An empty field means that message is not exchanged in that direction by default. Integrations can be modified or extended customer-specific through workflows.

Integration FAQ

We run multistore — do we need one connection per shop?

No. One connection covers the multistore back office; orders keep their shop of origin so documents and packing slips stay per brand.

Do we keep our own modules?

Yes. The connection uses the standard webservice, so your payment, marketing and pricing modules are untouched.

What happens if the PrestaShop connection drops?

Messages are queued and replayed. Warehouse work continues in BizBloqs during an outage; the queue drains once the connection is restored, and failed messages stay visible instead of disappearing silently.

Can we change the standard message set?

The table above is our standard integration with PrestaShop. Extra messages, different field mappings or customer-specific rules are handled through workflows in BizBloqs — we tell you upfront what is standard and what is custom work.

How long does connecting PrestaShop take?

The connection itself is a matter of days. The realistic timeline is set by mapping and testing, and by how clean your product data and process agreements already are.
