WHAT CHANGES ONCE EXACT GLOBE AND BIZBLOQS ARE CONNECTED

Clickker moves the messages, but the effect on the floor is the same: orders, receipts, stock corrections and shipping confirmations move between Globe and BizBloqs continuously, so finance and the warehouse look at the same numbers all day.

Orders and invoices go out effortlessly

Sales orders entered in Exact appear in BizBloqs within seconds and, once the goods leave the dock, the delivery confirmation flows straight back so Exact can invoice the same day instead of at the end of the week.

Paper pick lists disappear. Operators pick on a handheld with barcode verification, batch, wave or zone picking, and every scan is written back against the original Exact order line.

Replenish inventory at exactly the right time

Because BizBloqs knows real stock, open purchase orders and allocated quantities, replenishment signals reach Exact before a location runs empty rather than after a customer complains.

From PO to pick-pack-ship in a smooth flow

One flow covers the whole chain: the purchase order comes down from Exact, goods are received and put away in BizBloqs, and the receipt confirmation goes back up so the purchase invoice can be matched without manual checking.

Always have deep insights for stock at the fingertips

Stock levels, locations, batch and serial numbers are visible in real time in BizBloqs, while Exact keeps the financial stock position — the two are reconciled continuously instead of during a yearly count.

How the Exact Globe integration works

BizBloqs is a certified Exact partner. Exact Globe runs on your own server and has no public cloud API, so the exchange is made through Clickker, our preferred partner solution for Globe. This page covers Exact Globe only; the cloud route for Exact Online is described on its own page.

Exact Globe — via Clickker

Clickker middleware installed on the customer's application/SQL server

Clickker is installed inside your own network, next to the Globe application and SQL server, and it translates between the Globe database and the BizBloqs message set. BizBloqs never talks to your SQL server directly. For writing data back into Globe — receipts, deliveries, counts and corrections — your Exact licence needs the E-Connectivity Client module; without it the connection can only read.

Which messages are exchanged

This is the standard interface between an ERP and a WMS. On Globe every message travels through Clickker rather than a cloud API, but the message set itself is the same.

Rows marked optional depend on the modules in your Exact licence. Production orders, assembly orders and their time registration require the manufacturing or assembly modules, and every write-back message requires the E-Connectivity Client.

This is our standard integration. An empty field means that message is not exchanged in that direction by default. Integrations can be modified or extended customer-specific through workflows.

How we roll it out

1. Discovery
We walk through your Globe administration and agree which objects are in scope and which system is leading per object.
2. Clickker install
Clickker is installed on your Globe application or SQL server and we test the connection to the administration, together with your Exact reseller where needed.
3. Mapping
Item codes, units, warehouses, locations and reason codes are mapped. Deviations between the ERP and the physical warehouse surface here, not on go-live day.
4. Test round
We run a full cycle on a test administration: purchase order in, receipt back, sales order in, delivery back, count and correction. Every message is checked in both systems.
5. Go-live
Cut over on the live administration with monitored message queues. Failed messages are visible and can be replayed — nothing disappears silently.

Why is Clickker needed for Exact Globe?

Exact Globe is an on-premise product without a public cloud API. Clickker is installed inside your network next to the Globe application and SQL server, and translates between the Globe database and BizBloqs. It is our preferred partner solution for Globe.

What does the E-Connectivity Client do?

It is the Exact licence module that allows an external application to write into Globe. Without it, the connection can read purchase and sales orders but cannot post receipts, deliveries, counts or corrections back.

Does BizBloqs connect to our SQL server directly?

No. Clickker sits between the Globe database and BizBloqs; all traffic to us leaves your network as an outbound HTTPS connection, so no inbound port has to be opened.

Is stock in Exact Globe updated in real time?

Stock in the ERP is updated on every confirmed warehouse action — receipt, delivery, count, correction. The operational truth lives in the WMS, where stock is tracked per location and per carrier; Globe holds the financial and administrative position.

Which system is leading for item master data?

Exact Globe. Items, barcodes, units and weights are maintained in Globe and downloaded into BizBloqs. Warehouse-specific attributes, such as pick location or storage class, are maintained in BizBloqs.

What happens if the server or connection drops?

Messages are queued and replayed. Warehouse work continues in BizBloqs during an ERP or network outage; the queue drains once the connection is restored.

How long does an Exact Globe implementation take?

Longer than the cloud route, because Clickker has to be installed and scheduled with your reseller. The realistic timeline is set by that install window, plus mapping and testing.

We are moving from Globe to Exact Online — do we start over?

No. The logistic message set is identical; only the transport changes. The warehouse configuration in BizBloqs stays as it is.
