How the Channable integration works

Channable takes your product data to marketplaces and advertising channels and brings the orders back. What it cannot do is know whether the last three units are already reserved — that is a warehouse question, and it is where BizBloqs comes in.

Channel orders from every connected marketplace arrive in BizBloqs as ordinary orders, with their channel rules attached: cut-off times, carrier requirements and packing instructions per marketplace. BizBloqs pushes back orchestrated availability per channel — not one raw stock number — so you can hold back a buffer for your own shop or prioritise the channel with the better margin. Shipment confirmations with track & trace go back within the marketplace's window, which is what protects your seller performance score.

Do we publish the same stock to every channel?

Only if you want to. Availability is orchestrated per channel, so a marketplace can see a capped number while your own shop sees the full position.

Who owns the listings and the feed rules?

Channable — that is what it is good at. BizBloqs owns the physical truth behind the numbers in those listings.

What happens if the Channable connection drops?

Messages are queued and replayed. Warehouse work continues in BizBloqs during an outage; the queue drains once the connection is restored, and failed messages stay visible instead of disappearing silently.

Can we change the standard message set?

The table above is our standard integration with Channable. Extra messages, different field mappings or customer-specific rules are handled through workflows in BizBloqs — we tell you upfront what is standard and what is custom work.

How long does connecting Channable take?

The connection itself is a matter of days. The realistic timeline is set by mapping and testing, and by how clean your product data and process agreements already are.
