3PL warehouse software in New Zealand

Running stock for other people changes the problem. You are not just accurate for yourself — you are accountable to a client who wants to see their inventory, and you have to bill for work you can prove you did.

    Multi-client from the ground up

Client stock stays segregated in the record even when it shares an aisle. Each client gets their own item data, their own order flow and their own rules, without you running a separate system per contract.

Onboarding a new client becomes configuration rather than a project, which is what decides whether you can say yes to a contract that starts in three weeks.

    • Segregated stock ownership across shared locations
    • Per-client order intake, rules and documentation
    • Client portal visibility of live stock and order status
    • Per-client reporting without exporting to a spreadsheet

Bill for the work you actually did

Storage, handling in, handling out, value-added work, returns. If the activity is not captured as it happens it gets estimated at month end, and estimates always favour the client.

Every scan is a billable event with a timestamp behind it, so the invoice is defensible in the conversation that follows it.

    The New Zealand picture

Trans-Tasman replenishment means stock accuracy is a shipping decision: what you think you hold in Auckland decides what you fly in from Sydney.

Carrier handover runs through the same layer as everything else — NZ Post, CourierPost, Mainfreight, Aramex and Post Haste — and client finance systems such as Xero, MYOB and Unleashed connect without a bespoke build per contract.

Questions we get from New Zealand

How many clients can run on one instance?
There is no per-client licence and no practical ceiling we have hit in the field. Adding a client is configuration: item data, order flow, rules and rates.
Can our clients see their own stock?
Yes. Each client sees live stock and order status for their own inventory only, which removes most of the email traffic a 3PL absorbs every week.
Does billing data come out automatically?
Activity is captured as it happens and reported per client, so invoicing works from recorded events rather than month-end reconstruction.
